- Chickpea or Brown Rice Noodles
- 1 Head of Fresh Broccoli
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Bell Pepper of Choice Chopped
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- Handful of Fresh Organic Kale
- 1 Container of Primal Kitchen Alfredo
- 2 Organic Chicken Breasts Cut into Pieces
- 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tsp Parsley
- Combine all of the ingredients into a casserole dish, mix well, and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Notes: Other beneficial add-ins could include asparagus, spinach, swiss chard, peas, white beans, or use spaghetti squash instead of noodles.
