A super simple casserole recipe for summer. Stop at your local farmers market and pick up some fresh veg to add into this dish. Let your creativity flow with this recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • Chickpea or Brown Rice Noodles
  • 1 Head of Fresh Broccoli
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper of Choice Chopped
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms
  • Handful of Fresh Organic Kale
  • 1 Container of Primal Kitchen Alfredo
  • 2 Organic Chicken Breasts Cut into Pieces
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients into a casserole dish, mix well, and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Notes: Other beneficial add-ins could include asparagus, spinach, swiss chard, peas, white beans, or use spaghetti squash instead of noodles.
